d on concepts from the TCG D-RTM Architecture. DRTM begins a new chain of t
rust by measuring and executing a protected payload which is in contrast to
Static RTM(measured boot) where measurements are done at boot time.
Implementation of DRTM services in BL31 and various platform hooks requir
