I am pleased to announce TF-M release v2.1.1.
This is a maintenance release which includes fixes for a security vulnerability and several bugs found since the last major release. Additionally, this release supports the new RPi2350 platform
which is a candidate for PSA certification and further LTS maintenance.

Huge thanks to all involved in this release for contributing, reviewing, or testing the project. Only this collaborative effort made it possible.

Few fixes were added for Pico2 platform and
TF-Mv2.1.1-RC2 tag is placed now.
All tests are passing now, and the plan is to finalize the release by the end of the week.
