Thank you for the feedback. TF-M will stay with CMake v3.21 for now. From my local experiments TF-M appears to be compatible with CMake v4.3. However, the improvements in the latest version don't justify incompatibility with Zephyr.

I can see problems with updating CMake to such a new version because Zephyr uses 3.28 and has currently no plan to move to a new version (a very good reason would be needed). So what I would suggest instead is that you upgrade to a version no newer than 3.28.
Also, CMake 4.3 is so recent that it's not even in any Ubuntu distribution: https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?lang=en&keywords=cmake
